Next weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving. Last year we hosted dinner and did a simple table setting with miniature pumpkins and some flowers. This year I wanted to glam it up a bit and decided to spray paint some of the white miniature pumpkins gold. They'll go with some of the white ones and will look great on our black table. While at it, I also decided to spray some of them a flat black. We will add the black ones to our table decor at Halloween.
This little project is super simple. Get your miniature pumpkins at the grocery store or market. Make sure the pumpkins are clean. Wear rubber gloves and spray a couple of thin coats of spray paint outdoors. Let them dry thoroughly and then add to your deco. I think once Halloween gets closer I'll also spray paint some large pumpkins.
Do you decorate for Thanksgiving? Any spray paint this year?

Very cool!
