Saunders Farm

About 30 minutes from our house is Saunders Farm. Back in the day it was a simple Strawberry and Pumpkin farm, which then added intricate mazes and then grew into a Fall Spooktakular Farm. Saunders is famous in the region for the very spooky hay ride in the dark - so spooky that our kids aren't quite ready for it (think chainsaws, gun shots and things jumping out at you). In the summer we've gone and enjoyed their splash pad, tree house, slides and great mazes.

We decided to head out and enjoy the fall weather. Because of the haunted ride it was busier than usual, but we were able to enjoy our favourites; including some face painting and pumpkin specials. The jumping pillows, gold washing, musical maze, pumpkin hayride and tree house with straw jump are by far our favourites.

It's quite a pricey visit, but Saunders offers a lot so we try to go a couple of times a year. I can't wait for the year we get to go back for the spooky activities.
