A simple and healthy lunch. Our take on Salad Nicoise - potatoes, white kidney beans, steamed green beans, olives, hard boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes and tuna in olive oil. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and you have a perfect make-ahead lunch that uses some of your left-overs and pantry items.
